Yusuf, serves as a partner at the firm, bringing forth his expertise as a Ugandan and US-trained lawyer. With a substantial breadth of experience and a solid legal foundation, he has emerged as a prominent presence within the Ugandan legal sphere, focusing primarily on intellectual property, banking, dispute resolution, insolvency, recoveries, and restructuring. He is currently a Master of Laws Candidate at the prestigious Texas A&M University School of Law, where he is pursuing an Advanced Degree in Law. As an integral part of the Litigation team, he is responsible for overseeing and managing complex legal disputes to ensure that clients receive exemplary representation in court. Additionally, he provides strategic legal advice to businesses and corporations, guiding them through regulatory frameworks and ensuring compliance with local and international laws. With his training in both American and Ugandan law, Yusuf offers insightful counsel on cross-border legal issues, providing a comprehensive perspective on both local and international legal matters.

Furthermore, leveraging his keen understanding of commercial transactions, he assists clients in structuring deals to maximize their business potential while mitigating legal risks.
